The Lang Creek Native Plant Garden is dedicated to the creation of a user-friendly botanical learning center to benefit learners of all ages. 

Learning in a Green Classroom

Since its inception the Garden has flourished and the eduational goals have expanded.  The Garden is intended to serve as a ‘Green Classroom’, designed to showcase the diversity and beauty of the flora and of south coastal British Columbia.  Garden signage provides opportunities for visitors to learn of the many advantages to gardening with indigenous plants and to discover how they were used traditionally, and are continuing to be used by the Tla’amin people.
